At Shelter, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your Shelter account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Device

    Ensure the device is factory reset, cleared of all personal data, and securely packed in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.

  • 3.
    Ship Your Return

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
